You’ll spend your days in our stores, with our teams, turning training into moments people remember and use. You’ll have the freedom to test new ideas and see them come to life. Your work will show every day in how our teams welcome and serve our customers. You’ll report to the HR Manager.What You’ll DoSpend time in stores with managers and teams to understand what they need, using performance data to decide where training will make the biggest differenceDesign and deliver the annual training plan, keeping it fresh, practical and relevant to the shop floorRun engaging induction training that helps every new joiner feel welcome and ready from day oneBring service, product, selling and grooming training to life through role-plays, games, videos and hands-on activitiesBuild and run development programmes that prepare our future Store ManagersCreate modern training materials, guides and e-learning, using AI tools to work faster and smarterResearch new ideas and best practice, and test new ways of learningWork with external trainers and suppliers when specialist expertise is neededFollow up in stores to check that training is used on the shop floor, and coach teams where it isn’tTrack attendance and results, and show the real impact of training on service and salesWho You AreMinimum 2 years’ experience in Training, Coaching or Learning & Development, ideally in retail, hospitality or customer serviceA creative mind who thinks outside the box and brings learning to life through role-plays, games, videos and hands-on activitiesConfident everyday AI user (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot or similar) for research, content creation and new training ideasA self-starter who loves doing their own research and turning new ideas into actionActive and energetic, happiest on the shop floor with the teamsWarm, humble and approachable, genuinely passionate about helping people growDriven by impact: you follow up, measure results and want to see your training make a real difference in storesOrganised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business or a related field is preferredPortuguese and/or Arabic is a strong advantageAt Sacoor Brothers, we believe great style starts with great people.
