Key ResponsibilitiesA Learning and Development (L&D) Manager in the hospitality industry designs, delivers, and oversees training programs that align staff skills with brand standards and guest satisfaction goalsConduct regular assessments across departments like front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and culinary to spot skill gapsDesign and run orientation programs so new hires understand hotel culture, brand values, and guest service expectationsCreate and deliver interactive workshops, on-the-job training modules, role-playingsimulations, and e-learning courses.Partner with department heads to build succession plans, identify high-potential employees, and map out individual growth paths.Track employee training records, maintain digital learning platforms, and generate compliance reports for executive reviewSupport employee satisfaction initiatives, recognition programs, and continuous learning campaigns aligned with company values.Qualification: Any graduation Experience : 7-10 Years( Preferrable Hospitality/Wellness/Hotel industry Background)
