Role Description The Director at Evaris Pharma is a full-time, on-site role based in Perth, WA. The Director collaborates with senior leadership, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and commercial teams to drive process improvements and support product lifecycle management. The role also involves building and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation, and representing the company with key external stakeholders and partners.QualificationsDemonstrated leadership and people management skills, including team development, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.Strategic planning and business management capabilities, with experience in setting goals, managing budgets, and monitoring organizational performance.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and present to internal and external audiences.Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sectors, with knowledge of regulatory and quality standards relevant to the industry.Proven track record in operational excellence, process improvement, and change management within complex, regulated environments.Relevant tertiary degree in pharmacy, life sciences, business, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA) are highly regarded.Ability to work on-site in Perth, WA, and engage effectively with local and regional partners across Australia and New Zealand.
