Location: Dubai, UAEIndustry: Cement ManufacturingExperience: 5–8 YearsSalary: AED 6,000–8,000 per monthQualification: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering🕒 Working Schedule: 6 days per week, 8 working hours plus a 30-minute breakWe are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a leading cement manufacturing company in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in electrical and electronic equipment maintenance, instrumentation, and PLC systems, preferably within the cement industry.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical and electronic equipment, instrumentation, and PLC systems across the cement plant and kiln areas.Execute routine and preventive maintenance in accordance with applicable ISO standards.Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, instrumentation, and PLC-related issues.Support system upgrades, project implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Supervise the electronic maintenance workforce and coordinate with cross-functional teams.Maintain equipment history, maintenance records, and job orders using SAP HANA.Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.Support spare parts planning and inventory management to minimise production downtime.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.5–8 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance and industrial operations.Experience in the cement manufacturing industry will be an advantage.Strong knowledge of PLC systems, instrumentation, and electronic equipment troubleshooting.Experience in preventive maintenance and industrial fault diagnosis.Knowledge of SAP HANA for maintenance documentation and job orders is desirable.Strong problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.Benefits✔️ Monthly salary of AED 6,000–8,000.✔️ Company-provided transportation.✔️ Company-provided employment visa.✔️ Company-provided joining air ticket.✔️ Two-year employment contract.
