Logistics Supervisor – Vehicle Operations (Immediate Joiners)

Fleet & Vehicle Logistics Management, People Management, Customer Service and Complaint ResolutionWe are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Logistics Team Leader to manage vehicle logistics operations, lead a team of drivers, and ensure excellent service delivery across vehicle delivery, collection, maintenance, and fleet coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a team of logistics drivers to achieve operational and customer service targets.Coordinate vehicle deliveries, collections, exchanges, and end-of-contract off-hires.Ensure timely vehicle readiness and delivery, minimizing turnaround time (TAT) and fleet ageing.Manage daily fleet inventory, replacement vehicle tracking, and operational reports.Coordinate service bookings and maintenance activities for key accounts.Monitor operational KPIs and ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.Drive team performance, process compliance, and continuous improvement.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.At least 2 years of experience in logistics operations and team management.Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.Experience in fleet management, customer service, and KPI/MIS reporting.
