In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. You will focus on building agentic AI workflows, fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) using SFT (Supervised Fine-Tuning) and LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) techniques, and deploying scalable deep learning models on AWS. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and is capable of bridging the gap between complex research and production-ready applications. You will play a critical role in shaping our AI strategy and delivering high-impact features to our global user base.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy agentic AI systems that leverage LLMs to perform complex, multi-step reasoning tasksExecute Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and implement LoRA techniques to optimize model performance for domain-specific applicationsArchitect and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance of GenAI servicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate deep learning models into existing product ecosystemsMonitor model performance, conduct error analysis, and implement iterative improvements to enhance accuracy and reliabilityCommunicate technical concepts and project progress effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in both English and VietnameseRequired Skills & Qualifications4-5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI developmentKnowledgeable in pretraining fundamentalsProven expertise in working with LLMs, including fine-tuning methodologies like SFT and LoRAStrong proficiency in AWS AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, EC2)Deep understanding of modern deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlowExperience in building agentic workflows and integrating external tools/APIs with LLMsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and VietnameseAbility to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment with a focus on rapid deliveryAdditional InformationThis is an urgent hiring requirement.
