Maintenance Engineer

🚀 We're Hiring | Maintenance Engineer – Manufacturing📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia🏢 Company: Holystar Arabia🏭 Industry: Electrical Equipment ManufacturingWe are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Holystar Arabia, with strong expertise in CNC machinery maintenance, industrial equipment troubleshooting, and production line reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for manufacturing equipment and production lines.Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of CNC machinery, including laser cutting, punching, and bending machines.Maintain and troubleshoot robotics, welding machines, and other industrial equipment.Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.Monitor maintenance KPIs, including MTTR, MTBF, and maintenance schedule compliance.Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and energy consumption.Manage critical spare parts and ensure availability of maintenance consumables.Maintain accurate maintenance records using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.5–10 years of maintenance experience in a complex manufacturing environment.Strong hands-on experience maintaining CNC sheet metal machinery (laser cutting, punching, and bending).Experience with robotics, welding machines, and industrial production equipment.Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.Familiarity with maintenance KPIs, including MTTR and MTBF.Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication, organizational, and technical documentation skills.Proficiency in MS Office applications.
