Participants will rotate through key business functions to gain exposure to financial markets, client relationship management, and operational processes. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with market analysis, supporting senior team members with client proposals, preparing reports, and participating in training sessions and workshops. Management Trainees will also be involved in learning company systems, contributing to team projects, and developing presentation and communication skills. The program is designed to build a strong foundation for future leadership roles within the organization.QualificationsStrong analytical and numerical abilities, with an interest in financial markets and business strategy.Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team-based environment.Demonstrated initiative, resilience, and a growth mindset, especially in fast-paced or high-pressure settings.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic familiarity with digital productivity tools.Professional fluency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.Willingness to work on-site in Jakarta and commit fully to an intensive training and development program.Any prior internship or experience in finance, sales, or business development is an advantage.
