Manager – Employee Engagement (UAEN)

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Manager – Employee Engagement to develop and deliver initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen organisational culture and promote a positive and engaging workplace.The role will focus on employee engagement strategies, feedback programmes, wellbeing initiatives and collaboration with business leaders to improve employee satisfaction and retention.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement employee engagement strategies aligned with organisational objectives.Design and deliver engagement initiatives, recognition programmes, team-building activities and wellbeing campaigns.Lead employee engagement surveys, analyse feedback and translate insights into actionable improvement plans.Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to enhance employee experience and workplace culture.Develop communication campaigns to encourage employee participation and engagement.Monitor engagement KPIs, measure programme effectiveness and provide reports and recommendations to management.Support organisational change initiatives and promote a culture of collaboration, inclusion and recognition.Coordinate external vendors and manage budgets for engagement programmes.Qualifications & ExperienceUAE Nationality is mandatory.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.Minimum 6 years of experience in Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Employee Experience or a related HR function.Experience within aviation or a large organisation is preferred.Key CompetenciesStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience in planning and delivering employee engagement programmes.Ability to analyse survey results and employee feedback.Strong organisational, project management and problem-solving skills.Creative, proactive and employee-focused approach.Good understanding of HR practices and organisational culture.
