Manager - Production (Packing)

Job PurposeManage and oversee the full operations of QCP (Online Packing), OQC (Offline QC), and PTM (Post Treatment). Direct activities across these functions to maintain efficiency, quality, and alignment with production objectives.Responsibilities1. Execute manufacturing quality procedures, standards, and specifications across QCP, OQC, and PTM.2. Plan and coordinate quality and packaging activities, including manpower allocation and duty rosters.3. Conduct product tests and inspections to evaluate quality and performance against customer requirements.4. Monitor and analyze QCP, OQC, PTM, and inventory reports (WIP, TMP, 2G) to drive accuracy and efficiency.5. Control glove inventories, including WIP, TMP, and 2G, and verify stock take accuracy.6. Drive productivity and efficiency improvements while reducing rejects, waste, downtime, and data variance in D365.7. Review and update quality system procedures, work instructions, and departmental planning schedules.8. Prepare budgets, KPI reviews, and monthly departmental reports for submission to Senior/General Manager.9. Manage staff performance, training, and appraisals to build a capable and high-performing team.10. Enforce company regulations, quality standards, and Safety and Health requirements across all operations.Qualification and Experience1. Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing or any equivalent.2. Minimum 8 years of working experience in process manufacturing.3. Manufacturing technologies and processes, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).4. Operational excellence principles and tools (e.g., Value streams, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).5. Tools involved in resource planning and execution.6. Quality control and troubleshooting tools and techniques.7. Time study and manpower utilization calculation.
