- Degree in Marine, Naval, Offshore or Mechanical Engineering
- Interface with Class, contractors & offshore teams
- Repair coordination & documentation
- Class compliance (BV or equivalent)
- Offshore marine asset management
- Statutory & Class inspections
- Fluent English & French
- Congolese Citizen only
