We combine advisory work with building our own platform, working with clients like AXA, Transa, BlueCare and WIKA.Now we’re looking for someone who can turn that work into clear, engaging stories and bring people together through great events. If you’ve recently graduated or only have your bachelor’s or master’s thesis left to complete, this is an opportunity to put your skills into practice and grow with us.What you’ll doTurn our marketing strategy and brand guidelines into finished content: LinkedIn posts, website copy, case studies, newsletters and customer storiesOrganise events, including full-day workshops with our engineers and industry experts, from planning and invitations to on-site coordination and the recap afterwardsWrite and edit in German and English, making sure everything sounds like usKeep our content calendar running and track what performsWork closely with the founders and engineers to turn complex technical work into stories people want to readBring your own ideas for improving our content and eventsWhat you bringYou’ve recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field, or have completed all coursework and only have your bachelor’s or master’s thesis leftExcellent written and spoken German and very good EnglishStrong writing skills: you can make a complex topic clear and interestingAn enthusiasm for organising things and making events happenCuriosity about AI and technology; a technical background is a plus, but not requiredA reliable, structured approach: you take ownership and turn an agreed direction into finished workWhat we offerA 12-month internship with the opportunity to move into a permanent role if your performance meets expectations and we’re a good fit for each otherDirect collaboration with the founders and engineers, giving you first-hand insight into how companies put AI to workAn existing marketing strategy and brand guidelines to build on, with room for your own ideasHands-on experience across content, communications and eventsReal responsibility from day one: your work gets published and reaches clients and industry professionalsAn ambitious team and short decision pathsInterested?Apply directly through LinkedIn with your CV and a short note on why you’d like to join Ambit IQ.
