Location: Pickering, ON Employment Type: Full-time on-site Compensation: To be negotiatedKevro Inc. is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing projects, website management, and e-commerce activities.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creative work with practical project coordination—from updating product pages and preparing price lists to supporting digital campaigns and helping retail partners improve their online listings.Key ResponsibilitiesUpdate and maintain website product pages, images, specifications, pricing, and promotional content.Create and update U.S. and Canadian dealer and retail price lists, ensuring accuracy and consistent formatting.Support online sales partners by providing product descriptions, images, specifications, and other listing materials.Review partner websites and online marketplaces to identify missing products, outdated information, and listing errors, and follow up to resolve them.Assist with email campaigns, social media content, and digital advertising.Prepare and edit marketing materials, including brochures, promotional graphics, product sheets, and presentations.Resize, format, and organize product images and other digital assets.Maintain Excel spreadsheets used to track product information, pricing, partner listings, and project progress.Support new product launches and sales promotions by coordinating materials and completing updates on schedule.Work closely with the sales and marketing team to keep projects moving and support dealer needs.QualificationsExperience or education in marketing, e-commerce, graphic design, or a related field.Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including organizing data and maintaining accurate spreadsheets.Familiarity with website content management systems and online product listings.Strong written communication, proofreading, and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and follow through independently.Comfortable working with product specifications, pricing, and detailed information.Experience with email marketing, social media, or digital advertising is an asset.An interest in audio, music, or home entertainment is welcome.How to ApplyPlease send your résumé and a brief introduction to marketing@kevro.com, using the subject line “Marketing & Sales Assistant.”Include examples of relevant marketing, design, website, or e-commerce work, if available.
