Marketing Assistant

We’re Hiring: Marketing Assistant | Veraspec & AudomasVeraspec and Audomas are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support marketing activities across our businesses in Australia and the UAE.This role involves coordinating campaigns, developing content and sales materials, and managing marketing enquiries. You will collaborate with internal teams to turn technical and project information into clear, engaging communications that strengthen brand credibility and support business development.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate marketing campaigns and deliver approved content within agreed deadlines.Prepare marketing collateral, project case studies, company capability materials, and other sales support assets.Work with project and delivery teams to collect accurate information, supporting evidence, and client permissions.Maintain consistent branding and obtain the required approvals before publishing materials.Record and route marketing enquiries to the appropriate team within one working day, capturing the source and follow-up owner.Maintain organised marketing assets and accurate records in approved company systems, including Odoo where applicable.Prepare monthly activity and engagement reports across brands and countries.What We’re Looking ForStrong written communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to turn technical and project information into clear marketing content.Good organisation, prioritisation, and deadline management.A collaborative approach and confidence coordinating with different teams.Sound judgement when handling company information, client permissions, and publication approvals.Confidence using digital tools and maintaining accurate records.How to ApplySend your CV to hr.uae@veraspec.com with the subject line “Marketing Assistant Application.”
