Steel Wood Industries FZCO is the first and only wood-panel production facility in the GCC, transforming 100% post-consumer waste wood into SDB (Steel Wood Density Board), a sustainable engineered wood panel.Our standard, moisture-resistant, and fire-rated products serve the furniture, joinery, fit-out, construction, and interior industries. SDB products are manufactured using 100% FSC Recycled post consumer wood.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and commercially minded Marketing Associate to strengthen Steel Wood Industries' brand presence and support business growth across the UAE and GCC.The role combines digital marketing, content creation, social media, branding, events, market research, and sales support.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.Create engaging content around our products, projects, sustainability, recycling, manufacturing, and company developments.Develop marketing and sales materials including brochures, presentations, catalogues, advertisements, and digital content.Support Business Development with campaigns, presentations, lead-generation activities, and customer-facing materials.Coordinate photography, videography, graphic design, and website content.Support SEO, email marketing, digital advertising, and online campaigns.Conduct competitor and market research across the UAE and GCC.Support exhibitions, trade shows, customer events, product launches, and PR activities.Track marketing performance, engagement, campaigns, and generated leads.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or brand management.B2B, manufacturing, building materials, construction, furniture, interiors, or sustainability experience is an advantage.Strong understanding of social media, content creation, and digital marketing.Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is an advantage.Strong communication, writing, presentation, and organizational skills.Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.Experience or market knowledge in Oman and/or Saudi Arabia is a plus.Who We Are Looking ForWe want someone who is creative but commercially focused .The ideal candidate can build the Steel Wood brand, create professional content, support lead generation, and work closely with management and Business Development to position SDB as a leading sustainable wood-panel solution across the GCC.
