Marketing Director

About the RoleA well-established company in the retail & e-commerce sector (Confidential) is looking for an experienced Marketing Director to lead its marketing strategy and drive brand growth, market share, and revenue.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and strengthen brand positioning
• Lead and develop the marketing team (digital, content, media buying, social media)
• Plan and oversee multi-channel campaigns: digital, traditional, and influencer marketing
• Drive digital and performance marketing: SEO, PPC, social media, and e-commerce
• Own the marketing budget and optimize ROI and cost per acquisition
• Build customer retention and loyalty programs
• Manage PR, media relations, and corporate communications
• Work with Sales, Product, and Commercial teams on pricing, promotions, and go-to-market plans
• Build strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and co-marketing initiativesRequirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 13+ years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and consumer behavior
• Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, PPC platforms)
• Solid knowledge of omnichannel marketing and e-commerce
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
