Senior UI/UX Designer

About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-centered digital products across mobile and web platforms.The ideal candidate combines strong UX thinking with excellent UI execution and can independently own design projects from understanding business requirements and user needs to delivering polished, developer-ready designs.This is a hands-on individual contributor role. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders to create high-quality digital experiences, solve complex design challenges, and continuously improve product usability.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end design process, from understanding requirements and user needs to prototyping, testing, and final handoff.Translate business objectives into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.Design intuitive and visually consistent experiences for mobile applications and web applications.Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and validate design decisions.Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines.Collaborate closely with Product Managers and developers to define requirements and deliver technically feasible solutions.Use user feedback, usability findings, and product data to identify opportunities for improvement.Ensure responsive design, accessibility, and consistency across different devices and platforms.Review implemented designs and collaborate with developers to resolve usability and visual inconsistencies.Present and justify design decisions based on user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.Requirements5+ years of professional UI/UX Design experience, supported by a strong portfolio of real-world digital products.Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variables, interactive prototyping, and design systems.Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.Proven experience designing mobile applications and web applications from concept to delivery.Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and validating design solutions.Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and platform-specific design patterns.Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences.Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of design deliverables.Nice to HaveExperience building or scaling design systems across multiple digital products.Familiarity with product analytics, conversion optimization, and data-informed design decisions.Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.Basic understanding of front-end development constraints.What We’re Looking ForA hands-on designer who can think strategically, execute independently, explain design decisions clearly, and take ownership of the quality of the final user experience.This role focuses on individual design ownership rather than direct people management.How to ApplyPlease submit your CV along with a link to your portfolio showcasing your best mobile app and web application projects.Your portfolio should highlight your design process, problem-solving approach, and your specific contributions to each project.
