Marketing Executive

Role Description The Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai at MYA Restaurant & Lounge. The Marketing Executive will plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, footfall, and revenue, ensuring alignment with the venue’s premium image and target audience. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, developing promotional strategies, managing social media and digital presence, and coordinating with external agencies and partners. The role also involves creating marketing content, supporting sales initiatives, tracking campaign performance, and preparing regular reports and insights for management. Collaboration with operations, events, and guest relations teams is essential to ensure cohesive messaging and a consistent guest experience.QualificationsStrong marketing skills, including experience in campaign planning, brand positioning, and hospitality or lifestyle marketing.Proficiency in market planning and market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft clear messaging and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Sales and promotional skills to support revenue growth, upselling initiatives, and partnership development.Experience with social media management, digital marketing tools, and content creation for visually driven brands.Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, with strong organizational and time-management skills.Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle sectors in Dubai or the region is an advantage.
