Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.✅ Lead, manage, and optimize the marketing team's performance to maximize productivity and ROI.✅ Set clear KPIs, monitor results, and ensure marketing targets are consistently achieved.✅ Plan and execute Forex-related events, expos, seminars, and promotional campaigns.✅ Build and manage influencer partnerships, KOL collaborations, and brand ambassadors.✅ Develop effective lead generation and client acquisition strategies.✅ Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and optimize campaign performance.✅ Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to drive conversions and business growth.What We're Looking For:🎯 Proven Forex industry experience is MANDATORY.🎯 Strong strategic planning and execution skills.🎯 Demonstrated ability to achieve marketing KPIs and business targets.🎯 Excellent leadership, team management, and resource allocation skills.🎯 Hands-on experience in event management and influencer marketing.🎯 Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing.🎯 Analytical mindset with a strong focus on ROI and measurable results.We are not looking for someone who simply manages marketing activities.
