Medical Claims Executive-Doo Wealth Insurance Brokers (UAE)

1. Job Purpose To manage medical insurance claims and provide end-to-end claims support to individual and corporate clients. The role involves coordinating with insurance companies, Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), healthcare providers and clients to ensure timely claim processing, effective resolution of claim-related issues and a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage medical insurance claims, including reimbursement claims, follow-ups, and settlement tracking. Coordinate with insurers, TPAs, healthcare providers, and clients to resolve claim queries, delays, and rejections. Review claim documentation and facilitate reconsideration of declined or disputed claims. Maintain accurate claims records, monitor pending cases, and prepare periodic reports. Provide excellent client service and ensure timely communication and resolution of claims-related issues. Organize and coordinate on-site wellness programs for SME and corporate clients, including health screenings, medical check-ups, and health awareness activities. Liaise with healthcare providers and wellness partners to plan and execute corporate wellness initiatives. Collaborate with the Sales and Account Management Teams to enhance client engagement, retention, and value-added services. Ensure compliance with company procedures, confidentiality requirements, and applicable UAE regulations.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in medical insurance claims or medical insurance brokerage, preferably in the UAE. Salary: AED:5,000 - 8,000(Based on Experience & Performance)
