Its high-end members expect white glove care and a club that knows them by name. As a Member Experience Specialist with Acquire Intelligence you are the voice they hear when the club reaches out.Your days are personalised check-in calls. You will reconnect with members whose visits have lapsed, welcome those approaching renewal and look after anyone who needs a hand with payments, always in the club's tone.
