Employment Type: Full-timeAbout AtomicAds.ai is building an autonomous digital media buying platform powered by AI and automation, integrating platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, and The Trade Desk.Role OverviewWe are looking for skilled engineers to build scalable backend systems, develop reliable software, and solve complex technical challenges for our AI-driven advertising platform.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain backend applications using Python and Django.Build scalable APIs, backend services, and database solutions.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.Apply strong Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) fundamentals.Work with PostgreSQL/MySQL and optimize database performance.Participate in code reviews, system design, deployment, and production support.Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver reliable solutions.Requirements2–6 years of software engineering experience.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably CSE.Strong Python, Django, and DSA fundamentals.Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and backend development.Experience with Rust, Go, Java, AWS, or system design is an advantage.What We OfferOpportunity to work on AI-driven products and scalable systems.A fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment.Competitive compensation, ESOPs, and benefits.
