Middle/Senior Automation Test

Job Description

• Analyze business and system requirements to define test strategies and automation scope.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Playwright.
• Create and execute UI, Functional, Regression, Smoke, and End-to-End (E2E) test scripts.
• Perform API testing and automation for RESTful services.
• Review requirements and identify test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Collaborate with Developers, BAs, Product Owners, and DevOps teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test execution results, investigate failures, and report defects.
• Continuously improve test coverage, framework performance, and testing processes.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to QA best practices (Senior level) Job Qualifications:
• Have IT studying background
• At least 5+ years of software testing experience.
• At least 3+ years in automation testing.
• Proven experience building and maintaining automation frameworks using Playwright.
• Experience leading testing activities within a project.
• Strong knowledge of: + API Testing o Database Testing (SQL) + Test Strategy & Test Planning + CI/CD Integration + Test Reporting & Metrics
• Experience coaching team members and driving quality improvements.
• Willing to work in both Manual (optional) & Automation Testing (main)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong collaboration, ownership, analytical thinking and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed, cross-functional and multicultural teams.
