Location: Dubai, UAE | Home Visits | Flexible, Appointment-BasedValeo Health is looking for an experienced freelance midwife to support families through practical nanny training, lactation support, and postnatal mother and baby care.Key Responsibilities

• Deliver at-home nanny training on newborn handling, feeding support, diapering, hygiene, safe sleep, and recognising warning signs.
• Provide breastfeeding support, including positioning, attachment, expressing, and guidance on common feeding challenges.
• Conduct postnatal home visits to assess and support maternal recovery and newborn wellbeing within your professional scope.
• Help parents build confidence in everyday newborn care.
• Develop personalised care plans and practical training materials.
• Document visits and refer concerns to appropriate healthcare professionals when needed.Requirements
• Recognised qualification in midwifery and professional registration.
• Relevant UAE professional licence for the services provided.
• Hands-on experience in postnatal care, newborn care, and breastfeeding support.
• Experience teaching parents, nannies, or caregivers.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a family-centred approach.
• Availability for home visits in Dubai.Preferred
• IBCLC certification or additional recognised lactation training.
• Experience in European maternity settings or equivalent international clinical experience.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.Freelance collaboration with appointments scheduled according to client demand and your availability.
