Role Description The Director at Digital Expoders will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee key client accounts, and shape strategic direction for major projects and initiatives. This full-time role is based on-site in Bengaluru and involves guiding brand, design, and digital strategies, ensuring that deliverables meet quality, timelines, and performance expectations. The Director will collaborate with clients to understand business objectives, translate them into actionable plans, and monitor outcomes through data-driven reporting. Daily responsibilities include mentoring team members, optimizing workflows and resources, managing budgets, and fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.QualificationsProven leadership experience in a digital agency or similar environment, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, including experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, and performance-driven campaign management.Excellent communication, client management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities, with skill in presenting ideas and outcomes clearly and persuasively.Background in creative or digital disciplines such as design, UX, content, or web development, with an understanding of how these areas integrate into cohesive solutions.Ability to interpret data and analytics to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate measurable impact on client objectives.Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and operational optimization to support sustainable growth and team efficiency.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Comfort working in a fast-paced on-site environment in Bengaluru, with a collaborative mindset and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices.
