Mobile Technical Manager

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Mobile Engineering Lead with 9–12 years of overall software development experience and strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, and native iOS/Android development.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver scalable, business-critical mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.Develop and integrate REST APIs, JSON-based services, and BFF/backend services using Java or Scala.Lead frontend and backend teams, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and architectural direction.Manage mobile application releases and deployments through Apple App Store and Google Play Store.Drive solution architecture, technology assessments, risk evaluations, and client-facing technical discussions.Support agile delivery, stakeholder management, and technology investment decisions.

Required Skills

9+ years of hands-on mobile development experience.Strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, and native mobile technologies.Experience with Java/Scala backend development and RESTful APIs.Proven technical leadership, solution design, and team management skills.Strong client communication and problem-solving abilities.Preferred: Experience with React Native, Ionic, Mobile Web, cloud technologies, and digital solution architecture.
