📢 Deloitte Malaysia Is Hiring: Consultant – Oracle Financials📍 Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia🏢 Service Line: Enterprise Technology & Performance (ET&P)💼 Offering: Enterprise Technology Platform – Oracle🆔 Requisition ID: 102795📅 Updated: 22 October 2026At Deloitte, we offer a distinctive career experience where you can develop your expertise, solve complex business challenges, and make an impact that matters for our clients.We are looking for an experienced Oracle Financials Consultant with strong functional consulting capabilities, Oracle ERP implementation experience, and a proven ability to deliver finance transformation solutions.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesOracle Financials Functional ConsultingGather and analyse business requirements, facilitate client consultations, and translate requirements into functional specifications and system configuration designs.Configure, document, test, and support Oracle Financials solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).Facilitate business process analysis, global design workshops, solution demonstrations, and prototype development.Apply established Oracle implementation methodologies and configuration best practices.Implementation & Project DeliverySupport full-lifecycle Oracle ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, system integration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), investigate defects, and work with business users and technical teams to resolve functional and techno-functional issues.Identify delivery risks, evaluate solution options, and recommend practical approaches to address client challenges.Depending on project structure, lead, coach, and support project team members while contributing to delivery quality and performance.Client Engagement & Continuous ImprovementBuild trusted relationships with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.Provide functional guidance, user training, implementation support, bug fixes, and ongoing customer support.Stay informed about Oracle product developments and industry trends to identify opportunities for optimisation and business development.🔹 RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
