Role Description This full-time on-site Nanny role at VTC Group (Val The Consultant) is focuses on providing attentive, safe, and nurturing care for children. The Nanny will oversee daily routines, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and organizing age-appropriate activities that support early childhood development. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and orderly child-focused environment, preparing simple, nutritious meals and snacks, and supporting bedtime routines as needed. The Nanny will communicate regularly with parents or guardians about the child’s progress, behavior, and any concerns, and follow family guidelines regarding discipline, screen time, and daily schedules. The role requires reliability, professionalism, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively to unexpected situations.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Babysitting and Childcare skills, with a focus on safety, supervision, and emotional support for children.Candidates should possess experience Working With Children and knowledge of Early Childhood Development to plan age-appropriate, educational, and engaging activities.Candidates should possess basic Cooking skills to prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks for children, while considering dietary needs and preferences.Candidates should have effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with parents or guardians and follow family guidelines consistently.Candidates should demonstrate patience, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment.Candidates should have prior experience in a nanny, babysitting, or childcare role; relevant training or certification in childcare or first aid/CPR is an advantage.Candidates should be able to work full-time on-site and maintain punctuality, reliability, and professional conduct.
