National Sales Manager - Innoline

About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven National Sales Manager – Innoline to lead our Innoline (clinical chemistry reagents) sales business across Pakistan. This role will be responsible for driving national sales growth, managing distributor relationships, strengthening business performance, and ensuring full accountability for the portfolio’s Profit & Loss (P&L). The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial acumen, sales leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive sustainable business growth across a nationwide distribution network.ResponsibilitiesNational Sales Leadership: Lead and manage the Innoline sales team to achieve national sales targets and business objectives.Distributor Management: Build strong distributor relationships, monitor business performance, and drive distributor productivity and effectiveness.Business Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and deliver Innoline sales targets across Pakistan.P&L Ownership: Take full accountability for the Innoline business P&L, including: Sales performance and revenue growth, Recovery and collections, Profitability and margins along with Credit limit management.Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate the national sales team, including the South region and the planned Rawalpindi position.Performance Management: Monitor territory-wise performance, identify business opportunities, and implement corrective actions to achieve targetsProduct Portfolio The role will oversee the following portfolio:Innoline: All reagentsMicroLab 300: Open-system clinical chemistry analyzersSelectra: Open-system clinical chemistry analyzer models onlyEligibility Criteria Proven experience in sales leadership, distributor management, and national or regional business operations.8-10 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the diagnostics or healthcare industry.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) will be an added advantage.
