We are seeking an experienced Specialist Nephrologist to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will specialize in diagnosing and managing kidney diseases, providing comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic renal conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseasesEvaluate and treat conditions such as chronic kidney disease, glomerulonephritis, electrolyte imbalances, and hypertension-related kidney disordersManage patients requiring dialysis and monitor treatment outcomesAssess patients for kidney transplantation and coordinate follow-up care where applicableInterpret renal function tests, laboratory investigations, and relevant imaging studiesDevelop individualized treatment plans and monitor disease progressionCollaborate with urologists, intensivists, and other specialists to provide comprehensive patient careEducate patients on kidney health, treatment options, and lifestyle modificationsMaintain accurate medical records and ensure high standards of clinical careRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeMD/DNB in General Medicine or an equivalent qualification, with DM/DNB or equivalent specialization in NephrologyMinimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferredExperience in managing renal diseases and dialysis patientsStrong clinical judgment, diagnostic, and patient communication skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
