WE ARE HIRING | Odoo Developer / ProgrammerRobou Alyasmine Agricultural Company (RAAC) is seeking a skilled Odoo Developer / Programmer with intermediate to advanced experience to develop, customize, integrate, and support our Odoo ERP environment.We are looking for a hands-on professional who can translate business requirements into reliable solutions and work closely with users across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, HR, Projects, and Operations.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Odoo modules, workflows, reports, and business applications.
• Gather requirements from internal departments and translate them into technical specifications and practical solutions.
• Support business processes across accounting, purchasing, inventory, sales, HR, and project management.
• Develop integrations between Odoo and external systems using APIs.
• Create and customize QWeb reports, document templates, dashboards, and approval workflows.
• Troubleshoot application issues, resolve bugs, and improve system performance.
• Manage data imports, migration, validation, and reconciliation.
• Configure user permissions, access rights, and record rules.
• Test and deploy changes through controlled development, testing, and production environments.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide user support and guidance.Technical Requirements
• Strong practical experience with Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and the Odoo framework.
• Good understanding of the Odoo ORM, module architecture, business logic, and security model.
• Experience developing custom modules and extending standard Odoo functionality.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and QWeb.
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Proficiency with Git and version control.
• Familiarity with Linux-based environments, deployment, troubleshooting, and database management.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and resolve issues independently.Experience and Qualifications
• Proven intermediate-to-advanced Odoo development experience, supported by examples of completed implementations or custom modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and work directly with non-technical users.Preferred Experience
• Odoo Enterprise and Odoo.sh.
• OWL framework and frontend customization.
• Odoo version upgrades and custom-module migration.
• Construction, contracting, project costing, procurement, inventory, or equipment-management workflows.
• Saudi localization, VAT, and ZATCA e-invoicing integrations.
