Responsibilities

Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires across multiple departments.Prepare and manage employment documents, joining formalities, and employee files.Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, PRO, IT, Administration, and relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth joining process.Follow up on visa processing, medical tests, Emirates ID, and other employment formalities, as applicable.Ensure timely completion of documentation, system updates, and onboarding checklists.Conduct onboarding briefings and introduce new employees to company policies, procedures, and workplace practices.Track joining status, maintain accurate records, and prepare onboarding reports.Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable UAE labour and immigration requirements.Provide a welcoming, responsive, and professional experience for every new joiner.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.Previous experience in HR onboarding, HR operations, or employee services, preferably in real estate or a large corporate environment.Good understanding of UAE employment documentation and onboarding procedures.Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.A service-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering an outstanding employee experience.📩 Interested?
