Operations Manager

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the educational institution, ensuring smooth administrative processes, efficient resource management, and compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily institutional operations and administrative activities.Coordinate with academic, admissions, HR, finance, and student support teams.Monitor operational performance and ensure efficient use of resources.Ensure compliance with educational regulations, policies, and procedures.Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.Prepare operational reports and support management in decision-making.Maintain service quality and student satisfaction.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.3–4 years of relevant experience in operations management within an educational institution.Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
