Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEContract: 9 Nov 2026 to 23 Dec 2026About the ProjectA large-scale public event in Abu Dhabi featuring family-friendly entertainment, interactive attractions, and activities for visitors of all ages.Role OverviewThe Operations Supervisor supports daily event site operations by coordinating on-ground teams, monitoring operational areas, and ensuring activities run smoothly in accordance with event plans and procedures.ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily on-site activities and ensure operational areas are ready for visitors.Coordinate staff, suppliers, and service providers to support daily operations.Monitor site conditions, visitor movement, and operational requirements.Conduct regular site checks and report issues requiring attention.Support the implementation of operational schedules, staffing plans, and procedures.Respond to on-site challenges and coordinate timely solutions with relevant teams.Maintain operational records and provide regular updates to the Operations Manager.QualificationsPrevious experience in event operations, venue operations, or live event delivery.Experience supervising teams in public venues, entertainment facilities, or large-scale events.Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage on-site activities and respond to changing priorities.Good understanding of site safety and operational procedures.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
