Job SummaryThe Operations Team Leader is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and deliveryoperations, ensuring shipments are processed accurately and on time while maintainingKPIs, safety standards, and operational procedures. The role manages staff, coordinateswith vendors and couriers, and ensures smooth communication between stakeholders.Key Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, sorting, dispatch, and returns.
• Lead warehouse staff and helpers.
• Monitor shipment processing and scan accuracy.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Monitor courier/vendor performance.
• Investigate lost, damaged, delayed, and misrouted shipments.
• Ensure SOP and safety compliance.
• Conduct shift briefings and handovers.
• Prepare KPI and operational reports.
• Coordinate manpower requirements.
• Escalate and resolve operational issues.
• Train and coach team members.QualificationsBachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or relatedfield. 3–5 years of logistics experience with 1–2 years in a leadership role.SkillsLeadership, communication, problem-solving, Microsoft Office, WMS/TMS knowledge,reporting, time management.
