Manager, Order Management & FulfillmentFully remote We're partnering with a global infrastructure/cleantech company looking to hire an experienced Manager, Order Management & Fulfillment to take ownership of their end-to-end order management and fulfillment operations. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, fulfilled efficiently, and delivered with exceptional customer experience at every stage.As the operational hub between Sales, Customer Success, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Deployment, and Customer Support, you'll drive visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement across the entire order lifecycle.What You'll DoLead the end-to-end order management process from contract execution through successful deliveryManage and develop a team responsible for order administration and fulfillment supportEnsure order accuracy, compliance, documentation, and operational governance across Salesforce, NetSuite, and related systemsPartner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehousing, and Logistics teams to coordinate timely fulfillmentMonitor order backlogs, inventory dependencies, shipment performance, and customer commitmentsDrive resolution of order exceptions, delivery issues, and fulfillment challengesBuild scalable processes, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to support business growthChampion operational excellence through process improvement, automation, and data integrity initiativesProvide leadership with actionable insights and visibility into operational performanceWhat We're Looking For5+ years' experience in Order Management, Fulfillment, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, or a related operational environment2+ years of people leadership experienceStrong experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar CRM and ERP platformsProven success improving operational processes and driving continuous improvement initiativesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsStrong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teamsPreferred ExperienceEV Charging, Technology, Manufacturing, Hardware, Logistics, or other operationally complex industriesMulti-region or global operationsOrder-to-cash process knowledgeKPI development, dashboard creation, and executive reportingLean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence certificationsWhy Join?This is an opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing organization where operational excellence and customer experience are key drivers of success.
