Key Responsibilities

• Lead all pre-opening activities, including recruitment, training, SOP implementation, and operational setup.
• Drive a seamless outlet launch and establish a strong service culture from day one.
• Manage daily operations while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Develop and mentor a passionate team committed to excellence.
• Partner with Culinary, Marketing, and other departments to position the outlet for success.
