P&C Claims Network Lead

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Oversee and maintain all workshop contracts, ensuring thorough due diligence is completed prior to onboarding.
• Lead negotiations on discounts and labor rates to optimize cost efficiency.
• Review contract terms and coordinate with the Legal Department to ensure full compliance with AXA policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct pre-contract physical assessments of workshops, evaluating capacity, equipment, manpower, and repair quality.
• Perform ongoing performance evaluations and quality reviews of contracted workshops.
• Identify, assess, and onboard new workshops to expand network capabilities across additional vehicle brands and models.
• Analyze data and conduct cost studies to monitor workshop performance and support cost-control initiatives.
• Manage daily operational interactions with workshops, including repair delays, complaints, and dispute resolution.
• Provide support to the claims team on procurement-related matters and ensure adherence to repair standards and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Track workshop capacity utilization and turnaround times to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support vendor audits and contribute to ongoing enhancements of the procurement framework.

• Bachelor’s degree in any field is required.
• 5-6 years of experience in relevant field.Soft Skills & Behavioural Competencies
