Company DescriptionCasa Club Bali is a new padel club in Jalan Green School, with a premium location between Canggu and Ubud and around 15 minutes from the main city Denpasar and across the road from Green School Bali. Opened in July 2026, the club has three covered panoramic padel courts, a café and lounge, and academies for adults and children aged 6–18.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a full-time Padel Coach, Monday to Friday, to coach adults and children of all levels and help bring the Casa Club community to life.You’ll deliver private and group lessons, organise and run Americano games and social play sessions and events, and make sure they’re well attended and balanced by level. You’ll also host our Play with the Coach sessions, where members can book a game with you.Being present at the club throughout your working day is an important part of the role. You’ll get to know members, welcome new players and help people find others to play with. You’ll also bring ideas to the club, try out new social formats and events, and help create a welcoming atmosphere on and off court.What We’re Looking ForPadel coaching experience and the ability to plan engaging lessons for adults and children at different levels.A friendly, outgoing, people-focused approach and confidence bringing players together.Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English. Other languages are a plus.Good organisation and time-management skills.A coaching qualification in padel, tennis or another racquet sport is preferred.
