Pediatric Surgeon

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Surgeon to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will specialize in the surgical management of congenital abnormalities, traumatic injuries, and other surgical conditions affecting newborns, infants, children, and adolescents.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and surgically manage congenital and acquired surgical conditions in childrenPerform pediatric surgical procedures involving the abdomen, gastrointestinal tract, and other relevant anatomical systemsManage conditions such as appendicitis, hernias, intestinal obstruction, and congenital abnormalitiesProvide surgical care for newborns and critically ill pediatric patients, as appropriate to clinical expertiseConduct pre-operative assessments and provide post-operative monitoring and follow-upManage pediatric surgical emergencies and post-operative complicationsCommunicate treatment plans and surgical outcomes clearly to parents and caregiversCollaborate with pediatricians, neonatologists, anesthesiologists, and other specialistsMaintain accurate medical records and ensure high standards of patient safetyRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeMS/DNB in General Surgery followed by MCh/DNB in Pediatric Surgery, or an equivalent recognized qualificationMinimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferredExperience in pediatric surgical procedures and the management of congenital conditionsStrong surgical judgment, communication, and teamwork skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
