Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage visa processes, government relations, and medical insurance coordination✅ Support end-to-end recruitment: job posting, interviews, offers, and onboarding✅ Conduct onboarding and induction while coordinating across departments✅ Draft and issue HR letters including NOCs, confirmations, and salary adjustments✅ Maintain accurate employee records and respond to HR-related queriesWhat We’re Looking For:🎓 Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years in HR roles in UAE.💻 Strong in MS Office (Excel, PPT), HR systems, and documentation🧠 Proactive, organized, with conflict resolution and multitasking skills🗣 Confident communicator with a can-do attitude
