Performance & Development Specialist

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.2–5 years of experience in Performance Management, Training & Development, or a related HR function.Experience in managing employee performance appraisal processes and performance review cycles.Strong knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance evaluation methods.Experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identifying employee development needs.Ability to develop and implement annual training and development plans.Experience in organizing and coordinating internal and external training programs.Ability to design training materials and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development activities.Experience in managing training schedules, attendance records, and training documentation.Ability to coordinate with external training providers and evaluate training programs.Experience in evaluating training effectiveness, measuring training outcomes, and preparing training reports.Ability to develop Individual Development Plans (IDPs) based on employee performance evaluations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and HR management systems.Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and organizational skills.
