We work with clients across healthcare, education, food, manufacturing, retail and other industries.We're looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Intern who is eager to learn paid advertising, analytics and campaign optimization in a fast-paced agency environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist in setting up and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.Conduct keyword, competitor and audience research.Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.Assist in optimizing campaigns to improve leads, conversions and ROAS.Support the team in creating ad copies and campaign structures.Help with Google Tag Manager, GA4 and conversion tracking setup.Assist in creating and testing landing pages.Learn and support Google Shopping campaigns and Performance Max campaigns.Assist with Click-to-WhatsApp (CTWA) campaigns and chatbot flow setup.Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates.Preferred SkillsBasic understanding of digital marketing concepts.Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads is an advantage.Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Willingness to learn, experiment and take ownership.Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a plus but not mandatory.What We're Looking ForCurious and eager to learn.Detail-oriented and organized.Comfortable working with numbers and data.Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.Passion for digital marketing and continuous learning.
