Job Description

The Ph.D. Lecturer will deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and tutorials to college and university students in Hue, following EQuest’s curriculum and academic standards.Responsibilities include designing course materials, updating syllabi, and aligning learning outcomes with international accreditation requirements.The Lecturer will assess student performance through assignments, exams, and projects, provide timely feedback, and support learners through regular office hours and academic advising.The role also involves contributing to research activities, participating in departmental meetings, and engaging in curriculum development and quality assurance initiatives.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and contribute to departmental and institutional initiatives.Strong commitment to student-centered learning, inclusivity, and adherence to international quality and accreditation standards.

Job Requirements

Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in one of the following key disciplines: Information Technology, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or Psychology.Approximately 3 years of direct teaching experience at the university level, with a strong background in curriculum development. Strong passion for scientific research.
