The Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing medications accurately, reviewing prescriptions for appropriateness, and providing clear counseling to patients on medication use, side effects, and interactions. Daily tasks include maintaining proper storage and handling of pharmaceuticals, monitoring stock levels, and supporting inventory management to ensure product availability. The Pharmacist also participates in health awareness initiatives, collaborates with colleagues to deliver high-quality customer service, and adheres to all relevant regulatory and company standards. This role involves continuous learning through training programs offered by the company’s development center to stay current with best practices and new products.Qualifications Relevant academic background, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm or PharmD), and a valid license to practice as a pharmacist in Egypt.Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, dosage calculations, and safe dispensing practices.Proficiency in patient counseling, clear communication, and the ability to explain medications and treatment plans in an accessible manner.Attention to detail, accuracy in prescription handling, and commitment to maintaining high standards of medication safety and documentation.Customer service orientation, including empathy, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively with diverse patients and colleagues.Basic computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy software systems for prescription processing and inventory tracking.Ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment and collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team.Previous experience in community or retail pharmacy is an advantage; ongoing willingness to participate in training and professional development.
