Team members are supported to grow their skills and are regarded as trusted sources of advice and consultation for patients.Role Description The Pharmacist role at El Ezaby Pharmacy is a full-time, on-site position based in Giza. The Pharmacist will dispense medications accurately, provide counseling on proper use, side effects, and interactions, and ensure prescriptions are processed in line with regulatory and company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing prescriptions for completeness, maintaining proper storage and inventory of pharmaceuticals, and supporting patients with health and wellness advice. The Pharmacist will collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service, handle insurance or pricing inquiries, and participate in quality and safety initiatives. The role also involves staying up to date with current pharmaceutical guidelines and contributing to a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment.QualificationsProfessional pharmacy skills: ability to dispense medications accurately, review prescriptions, and provide evidence-based medication counseling.Patient care and communication skills: strong customer service, clear verbal and written communication, and a patient-centered approach to consultation and support.Operational and organizational skills: attention to detail in documentation, inventory management, and compliance with pharmacy regulations and company policies.Teamwork and problem-solving skills: capacity to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, handle inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.Educational and licensing requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent), valid pharmacist license in Egypt, and readiness to participate in ongoing training and development.Additional beneficial qualifications: familiarity with pharmacy management systems, knowledge of OTC products and personal care items, and willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays when required.
