For the right leader, there may also be an opportunity to take on broader operational responsibilities.What You'll Do Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge, overseeing pharmacy operations, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. Lead pharmacy startup activities, including ACHC accreditation preparation, workflows, and operational readiness. Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing pharmacy team. Oversee home infusion medication preparation, dispensing, and quality assurance. Collaborate with healthcare providers and organizational leadership to support exceptional patient care and pharmacy growth.What You Bring Active Montana Pharmacist license. Pharmacy management or demonstrated leadership experience. Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, clinical operations, and quality standards. Hands-on leadership style with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build something meaningful.Preferred 5+ years of home infusion experience. Background in specialty pharmacy, sterile compounding, or pharmacy startup operations. Previous PIC or ACHC accreditation experience.Compensation And Benefits $160,000–$180,000 annual base salary.
