We are seeking an experienced Consultant in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will specialize in restoring functional abilities, managing musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, and improving patients' mobility, independence, and quality of life.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and manage patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and physical disabilitiesDevelop individualized rehabilitation plans to improve mobility, function, and independenceManage conditions such as stroke-related disability, spinal cord injuries, chronic pain, and sports-related injuriesEvaluate patients with back pain, joint disorders, and other functional limitationsCoordinate multidisciplinary rehabilitation programs with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other specialistsPerform appropriate musculoskeletal assessments and rehabilitation-related proceduresMonitor treatment outcomes and modify rehabilitation plans based on patient progressCounsel patients and families on recovery goals, functional improvement, and long-term careSupervise clinical teams and contribute to quality improvement initiativesRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeMD/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Physical Medicine & RehabilitationSignificant post-specialization experience at Consultant levelExperience in managing complex rehabilitation cases and multidisciplinary treatment programsStrong clinical leadership, diagnostic, and communication skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
