Interested applicants can explore more about the brand and its activities through the official website and Instagram presence.Role Description The Pickleball Coach – Gurgaon is a full-time, on-site role based in India, responsible for delivering high-quality coaching to beginner, intermediate, and advanced players. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting training sessions, teaching fundamental and advanced techniques, guiding players on rules and game strategy, and ensuring safe use of courts and equipment. The coach will organize drills, manage group and individual lessons, provide performance feedback, and support players in preparing for tournaments and events. The role also involves promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere, engaging with players and families, and collaborating with the facility team to schedule sessions and maintain professional standards.Qualifications Strong pickleball playing experience with solid knowledge of rules, techniques, and game strategy.Coaching or teaching experience in racquet sports (pickleball, tennis, badminton, etc.) with the ability to instruct diverse age groups.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate, instruct, and support players in a respectful, inclusive manner.Ability to design structured training plans, drills, and skill-development programs for different skill levels.Commitment to player safety, including proper warm-up routines, injury prevention practices, and safe use of equipment.Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple sessions, bookings, and player inquiries.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during peak hours as required by program schedules and events.Relevant coaching certifications or sports training qualifications are preferred; first aid certification is an added advantage.Comfort with basic digital tools for scheduling, communicating with players, and promoting programs on social platforms.
