We are seeking an experienced Plastic Surgeon to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide advanced reconstructive and aesthetic surgical care, managing complex cases and delivering high-quality patient outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform reconstructive and aesthetic surgical procedures based on clinical expertiseManage cases involving facial injuries, burns, congenital deformities, and post-traumatic reconstructionPerform cosmetic procedures, including facial rejuvenation and body contouring, where applicableEvaluate patients, discuss treatment options, and develop individualized surgical plansConduct pre-operative assessments and provide comprehensive post-operative careMonitor recovery and manage surgical complicationsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomesSupervise junior medical staff and contribute to clinical quality improvement initiativesMaintain accurate medical records and uphold high standards of patient safetyRequirementsQualifications & RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreeMS/DNB in General Surgery followed by MCh/DNB in Plastic Surgery, or an equivalent recognized qualificationSignificant post-specialization experience at Consultant levelExperience in reconstructive and aesthetic surgical proceduresExcellent surgical judgment, clinical leadership, and patient communication skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus
